The Kawal Readiness Record.
The Kawal Readiness Record is a separate engagement. It is not a fuller version of the 360.
One decision, examined to its owner.
It opens on one impending decision. It asks whether authority and consequence are the same person, and whether that can be shown. The departments read are the departments that decision crosses. The Record ends when the owner can be named, or when the owner cannot be named.
The second sentence is a complete result. The practice does not remain to install the repair. Search, counsel, and communications belong after that sentence, not before it.
Undertaken selectively.
The Record is undertaken selectively. It requires a named decision, access to the underlying record, and a willingness to hear the sentence the file supports.
The Record begins with a conversation about the decision in front of you.
