How We Work

Two engagements. They are not the same work.

The 360 examination looks across the institution and can continue into a plan. The Kawal Readiness Record examines one decision and can stop.

The first engagement

The 360 examination.

This engagement looks across the institution. It may recommend, and it may continue into a sequenced plan. It does not answer the question reserved for the Record.

  1. 01

    Assessment

The readiness formula assessment examines the business across departments, calibrating each function against the decision, transition, or operating priority in view. Interviews, operating evidence, and existing plans establish a single working record of what the organization can support today.

  2. 02

    360 Readiness Report

Findings are consolidated into a 360 readiness report: a unified view of capacity, dependencies, control gaps, and the specific conditions under which execution is likely to fail. The report is built for executive decision-making, not for circulation.

  3. 03

    30/90-day Action Plan

The report becomes a sequenced action plan. The first thirty days isolate immediate decisions and corrections; the following ninety days address structure, ownership, and the operating habits required to sustain the result.

The second engagement

The Kawal Readiness Record.

The Record

The Record opens on one decision already in view. A leadership transition, a capital commitment, a governance change, or a deployment that will act inside an existing authority. It does not survey the building. A finding that cannot be sourced does not enter. It ends in one of two sentences. The owner can be named. Or the owner cannot be named. The practice does not convert the second sentence into a ninety-day plan.

Operating principles

Built for decisions, not deliverables.

Cross-functional

No strategic issue is isolated. The process examines the interfaces between leadership, operations, technology, and finance.

Evidence-led

Recommendations are grounded in operating facts, not frameworks alone. What the organization actually does matters more than what it says it does.

Sequenced

The plan separates what must change now from what requires a longer runway. Urgency and structural work are handled on different horizons.

Confidential by default

Scope the first engagement.

The first conversation determines fit and scope. Sensitive operating detail is handled discreetly from the outset.
